With the Nanan guarantee, you can return the products that you aren’t 100% happy with within 14 days of receiving your order for full price products and 3 days for sale items. The delivery costs of the return will be your responsibility.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

1. Register the return on your www.nanan.ae online account by selecting the order and the relevant item(s).

2. For Apparels – pack up your unworn, unwashed and non-personalized items in their original packaging. Add the delivery note or invoice. For hygiene and safety reasons, underwear, swimwear, accessories and jewellery cannot be exchanged.

3. For Décor – Furniture and Equipment, the Products that have manufacturing defects or breakages will be replaced within 15 working days, subject to availability product, or refunded.

The collection and the redelivery of the same will be totally to our load. Product fragments such as wood and furniture (beds, cradles, wardrobes, baby bath and chest of drawers) can only be returned within the original packaging with the protections and never been used or assembled (article mounting can lead to wear and the impossibility of withdrawal).

4. Products which do not have defects but are returned / exchanged as the customer changed mind, will have to be returned intact, in their packaging complete of labelling. We will not be liable for any damage that the articles may undergo during transport and until received in our facility. Therefore, we advise you, in the event you want to benefit from the right of withdrawal, to ship insured.
