Shipping

Delivery is free for purchases over AED500 throughout UAE.

For smaller orders, up to AED500, AED15​​shipping will be added.

For Bijou line orders, AED15 ​​will always be added for shipping costs.

For the Beauty & Cosmetics line, shipping will be free for orders over AED500, otherwise costs of AED15 ​​will be calculated.

The courier is not required to provide assembly of the delivered items and delivery takes place only to the doorstep.

For each order placed on our site, an invoice will be issued for the goods shipped by sending a copy to the e-mail address entered at the time of the order. The data is based on the information declared by the customer at the time of the order.

Nanàn offers you the opportunity, if you intend to give a gift, to have the package delivered to an address different from that of the buyer, by filling in the separate field in the order; obviously the invoicing will be sent to the e-mail address entered at the time of the order.

Upon the arrival of the courier, the customer is required to check in his presence that:

• The number of packages delivered corresponds to that indicated in the transport document.

• The description on the packages corresponds to what is actually indicated on the transport document.

• That the packaging is intact, perfectly sealed and not altered in any way. Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or descriptions must be reported immediately to the courier, adding the wording WITHDRAWAL WITH RESERVE FOR DAMAGED PACKAGING. Once the courier document has been signed, the customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered.

Any problems relating to the correspondence, completeness or physical integrity of the products received must be reported within 5 days of delivery by contacting our assistance service via e-mail nanan.ae@akigroup.com

ATTENTION

The express courier does not provide advance notice so it is necessary to give a delivery address with a physical person present or, in case of storage, go directly to the shipping company's warehouse

SHIPPING TIMES

Delivery will take place from Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays during normal working hours.

All items ordered by 2pm on a working day, if available, will be delivered within 2-3 working days.

Delivery of items with personalisation, embroidery and engraving requires at least 15 working days of delivery.

Shipments of fragile items such as furniture, cots, wardrobes, cots, wooden items, trunks may require up to 10 working days of delivery as they have special, more resistant packaging.

The company will take responsibility for notifying any delivery delays due to particular conditions.

Under no circumstances may NANAN be responsible for direct and/or indirect damages due to delayed delivery.

The buyer is free to request cancellation of the order.

If the order is canceled before it has been shipped, the full amount will be refunded.

If the cancellation of the order is subsequent to the shipment of the order, the purchase will be refunded minus 10% of the order amount and the amount of the courier's return shipping to and from our office.
